10. Service Delivery

Artisan Creative & Media Agency provides custom website design and branding services for real estate professionals. All services are delivered according to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement or contract. Timelines, deliverables, and pricing are specified in each client contract.

11. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are outlined in your individual contract. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers. A 50/50 payment split is available for certain service packages (50% upon project kickoff, 50% upon delivery).

12. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancel before project kicks off: Full refund
• Cancel early in process, before build starts: Partial refund
• Once site build is underway: No refund (your project is fully in motion and time has been committed)
• Hosting: Cancel anytime, no penalties — access continues through your current billing period

Full milestone details are in your client contract.

13. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, branding materials, and website code created by Artisan Creative & Media Agency for your project are owned by you upon final payment. However, Artisan Creative & Media Agency retains the right to display your project in our portfolio and case studies (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

14. Limitation of Liability

Artisan Creative & Media Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
